Workforce Issues:
Recruit & Retain Caregivers Webinar

Private Duty, Home Health, and Hospice

OVERVIEW

Out of 4,000+ agencies in a recent study, one performed 3x better than others? We are lucky to have that agency in California. It's called Care Indeed, and it is a certified Great Place to Work. Dr. Jacquelyn Kung and Vanessa Valerio, RN, will walk you through elements of what Great Place to Work Institute has discovered is a "must" in great employers and visually show you what Care Indeed does that helps them recruit and retain their employees. We will also have a special guest, CAHSAH's Chair Dr. Lucy Andrews, who owns an innovative homecare agency called At Your Service.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
  • Start with the end in mind: show results of recruitment and retention programs
  • Explore what Great Place to Work has discovered as secrets to great employers in senior care
  • Make it real: explore Care Indeed and At Your Service best practice in targeted case studies
