CAHSAH Certified agencies have met CAHSAH's Certification Standards by submitting proof of their Department of Social Services License #, company policy for providing in-person supervision of all caregivers, procedure on interviewing new caregiver applicants, copy of written grievance policy, company's template for client plan of care, company's written agreement that specifies client fees, and copy of workers' compensation policy-classification code 8827.Such requirements are in addition to those that went into effect as a result of the California Home Care Aide Organization licensure statute effective January 1, 2016.
