2019 Proposed Home Health Rule

The Patient-Drive Groupings Model (PDGM) has been on the forefront of controversy (as HHGM) in the industry and is included in this proposed rule for implementation in 2020. This is the biggest regulatory change in many years and its outcome is critical to the survival of many agencies.
