2019 PPS Update and
Patient Driven Grouping Model Webinar

Home Health

This webinar will provide your agency with all of the “need to knows” about the new PPS Final Rule.  This rule includes some of the most sweeping changes we have seen CMS make to date—from payment changes, to Home Health Value Based Purchasing, to Quality reporting measure changes. We will cover not only the changes for 2019, but the decision on the new payment model, Patient Driven Grouping Model (PDGM) proposed to go into effect in 2020.  Discussions will include the facts, as well as the impact to your agency and how to deal most effectively and efficiently with the changes.  This is a “can’t miss”!

Program Topics:
  • Verbalize the top three major changes that will impact Home Health Agencies due to this rule
  • Discuss the differences between the proposed rule and final rule for 2019
  • Determine the best steps to ensure your agency is able to be successful with the changes occurring
