If you couldn't attend the CAHSAH Virtual Conference & Expo, or were there but missed a key session, now you've got a way to catch up on what you may have missed and earn continuing education credit.

Session recordings are convenient and easy to use. You choose to view them at a time and place that's suitable for you. Each session includes a video recording of the presenter along with the coordinating slides.


There are four modules to choose from:

Medicare Certified, Hospice, Private Duty or Leadership. Each track includes the Keynote Sesions.
The on-demand training format allows education of your staff in a concise and low cost format plus provides additional flexibility to ensure everyone in the agency has an opportunity to register.

HOSPICE TRACK SESSIONS

The hospice track is designed to introduce hospice agencies as a stand-alone service or addition to existing services. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
& CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs)

The On-Demand 2020 Virtual Conference offers up to thirteen and one half (13.5) hours of continuing education units (CEUs). You will be prompted to complete an evaluation at the end of each watched session. You will be able to view your certificate after each evaluation is completed. You do you not need to print your certificate after each session, you may print your certificate after ALL sessions have been watched under the EDUCATION section which will reflect your total CEUs earned. You MUST complete an evaluation for each session in order for CEUs to reflect on your certificate of completion.

ONLINE ACCESS & INSTRUCTIONS

After course registration and payment has been submitted and received by CAHSAH, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Course Syllabus. You will be asked to review and sign the Course Syllabus and return to CAHSAH. Submission of your signed Course Syllabus is required before you can begin the on-demand course. Once CAHSAH has received your signed Course Syllabus, you will receive email instructions for logging into your course (your username, password, and link to the on-demand portal), and the link to download the course manual.

COURSE MATERIALS

The 2020 Virtual Conference session handouts will be accessible to download when you log in to the On-Demand Portal. Handouts are not available for M200 or P100. You may contact the speakers for any follow-up questions.

The course can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any device that has internet connection.


SUBSCRIPTIONS & EXTENSIONS

The On-Demand HCMCP® comes with a three (3) month subscription to the content. This program is designed to be completed within the designated subscription length. However, we understand that circumstances arise that may prevent timely completion. If additional time is required to complete your program, extensions can be purchased in two week increments for $100 each. Extensions must be requested in writing to the CAHSAH registrar prior to your original subscription expiration date. There cannot be any lapse in enrollment between original subscription and extensions. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
