OVERVIEW

Out of 4,000+ agencies in a recent study, one performed 3x better than others? We are lucky to have that agency in California. It is called Care Indeed, and it is a certified Great Place to Work. Dr. Jacquelyn Kung and Vanessa Valerio, RN, will walk you through elements of what Great Place to Work Institute has discovered is a "must" in great employers and visually show you what Care Indeed does that helps them recruit and retain their employees. We will also have a special guest, CAHSAH's Chair Dr. Lucy Andrews, who owns an innovative homecare agency called At Your Service.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
& CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs)

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider #CEP17394) for one and one half (1.5) contact hours of continuing education. You must be present for the entire webinar to earn Continuing Education Units.

At the completion of the webinar, you will be directed to complete an online evaluation form, which is required in order to obtain a certificate of completion. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your certificate to arrive via mail.

ONLINE ACCESS & INSTRUCTIONS

After course registration and payment has been submitted and received by CAHSAH. You will receive email instructions for logging into your course (your username, password, and link to the on-demand portal), and the link to download the course manual.

No cancellations or refunds will be issued once user login information has been sent. Unfortunately, due to the online format of this program we are unable to offer exceptions to this policy. It is recommended that each registrant review the course content prior to submitting payment to ensure the content meets individual education needs.
