OVERVIEW

Peter Drucker wrote, ‘What gets measured, gets managed’. Neil believes most home care/home health organizations’ have tremendous growth opportunity as a function of improving internal operations and systems.  But, how do you know what problems are limiting organizational performance and how do you fix them?  This session focuses on identifying, evaluating and monitoring key performance indicators for most aspects of a home care business – From Recruitment & Retention, Call Volume and Conversion, Accounts Receivable and more.  There is more than enough referrals in the marketplace, so how are we improving from the inside-out to meet our agency’s goals?


LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
  • Home Care Success is dictated by ability to staff more referrals. This session will provide tools to evaluate applicant tracking, hire conversion, retention and staff productivity.

  • Growth is not just a function of marketing, intake and internal customer service are a big piece of conversion. Learn how to evaluate internal and external performance!

  • All revenue isn't always profitable. How do you determine what is good business and how to get more of it?

Neil has dual Master’s Degrees in Social Work & Gerontology from USC. In his current role, Neil is the Chief Strategy Officer for the Accredited Family of Home Care Services, based out of Woodland Hills. Neil has worked for Accredited for over 20 years and is responsible for developing relationships with health systems, insurance companies and medical groups to increase Accredited’s service capability for thousands of Southern California patients needing home health and home care. Neil has become an authority on managed care within the home health industry.

& CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs)

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider #CEP17394) for two (2) contact hours of continuing education. You must be present for the entire webinar to earn Continuing Education Units.

At the completion of the webinar, you will be directed to complete an online evaluation form, which is required in order to obtain a certificate of completion. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your certificate to arrive via mail.


CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are subject to a 20% handling fee. No cancellations or refunds will be issued once user login information has been sent. Unfortunately, due to the online format of this program we are unable to offer exceptions to this policy. If you are unable to attend, substitutions are allowed. Refunds will not be made for "no-shows." Should CAHSAH cancel the program, a full refund will be issued.
