The ABN, the HHCCN, and the NOMNC and how to operationalize these so they will never get them mixed up again! Ever get confused on which notice to give when? We all do!

This session will simplify the complex by giving us strategies to make sense of the Advanced Beneficiary Notice, the Home Health Change in Condition Notice and the Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage. We will apply these to "real life" situations and examples at the end to ensure we all know how to apply this in your everyday work!

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
  • The learner will be able to identify the three different notices mandated by CMS in Home Health.
  • The learner will be able to discuss how and when to use each of these notices.
  • The learner will be to apply the CMS instructions in real-life scenarios provided, which may call for one or more than one of the notices.
