Home Health Final Rule 2024 Update

She routinely conducts Home Care and Hospice Reimbursement Workshops and speaks at state association meetings throughout the country. Melinda has profound experience in Medicare PDGM training, billing, collections, case-mix calculations, chart reviews and due diligence. UPIC, RA, ADR & TPE appeals with all Medicare MACs have become the forefront of Melinda’s current impact on the industry. She is currently serving on the NAHC/HHFMA Advisory Board and Work Group and is Treasurer on the Home Care Association of Florida Board of Directors. Melinda is also the author of the Home Health OASIS Guide to OASIS-D1 and Home Health Billing Answers, 2021.

Tammy Stewart is a Registered Nurse who joined Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS) as a Clinical Consultant in August 2021. Tammy's commitment to service and compassionate nursing care started 30 years ago when she began providing care to patients as a home health nurse. She is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality and holds a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification. As a part of the HPS clinical consulting team, Tammy provides support and solutions to home health and hospice agencies across the country to achieve regulatory compliance. Tammy's experience includes developing and implementing quality and performance improvement programs (QAPI) for home health and hospice in addition to performing data analysis, clinical chart reviews, onsite billing audit reviews and provider education.


Cancellations are subject to 20% handling fee. There will be NO REFUNDS issued for cancellations received within 10 business days prior to program. Cancellations must be in writing. Refunds will not be made for no-shows. However, substitutions will be allowed. Should CAHSAH® cancel the program, a full registration fee refund will be issued.


Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider #CEP17394) for one and one half (1.5) contact hours of continuing education for each Part and four and one half (4.5) for the Webinar Series. You must be present for the entire workshop to earn Continuing Education Units.
No partial credits can be given.
Certificates are distributed at the close of the program.
