NEW PROVIDER MEMBER DUES STRUCTURE - Effective 4/01/2026
All provider member dues will be based on the provider section type, if the organization provides services in multiple sections, the organization must join as a Multi-Section Provider.
New Start-Up Organization
All section provider types who have been recently licensed in less than 12 months, or have made application for licensure and awaiting approval within 12 months may join at a start-up rate for the first year of membership.
The new start up organization dues will be $550 for first year only. Renewing members would then fall under dues structure for section provider type they operate.
Licensed Homecare Organizations
Organizations that have been licensed or in business for more than 12 months and only provide Licensed Homecare services:
Primary location dues: $750 annually
Additional branches/locations: $250 each
Licensed Home Health Organizations

Hospice Agencies and Medicare Certified Home Health Agencies
Organizations that have been licensed as one of these section provider types for more than 12 months and only provide the section provider type selected (If you operate both Medicare Certified and Hospice Agencies, you must choose the multi-section provider type dues model):
Dues are based on annual Net Patient Service Revenue (NPSR) from the most recent completed financials. NPSR represents net realizable amounts from patients, third-party payors, and others related to all care-in-the-home service lines rendered by all locations.
Multi-Section Provider Type Organizations
If your organization operates in more than one provider type (section), you must list a primary section and indicate all provider sections that you operate. Dues will be calculated based on annual Net Patient Service Revenue (NPSR) from the most recent completed financials. NPSR represents net realizable amounts from patients, third-party payors, and others related to all care-in-the-home service lines rendered by all locations. The Dues Tier Chart above will be used to calculate membership dues based on the annual net patient service revenue.
The dues tiers chart will be used to calculate membership dues based on the annual net patient service revenue:
