Team Select Home Care was established in 2008 with the goal of developing the most experienced and caring home health care team in the industry. Our focus on exceptional patient care, continuous employee development, and active community outreach drives our mission and vision to make the world a better place.
We provide compassionate long-term adult and pediatric private duty nursing, personal care services, and family caregiving programs from the comfort of our patients’ homes in Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, California, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire, with plans for further expansion.
