Our team at Senior Care Clinic House Calls and Care Home By RNs Congregate Living Health Facility dedicates itself to enhancing the lives of homebound seniors and vulnerable population groups, ensuring they receive comprehensive care in the comfort of their own homes or in a home-like setting. Specializing in complex care in community-based settings, we've significantly contributed to reducing unplanned readmissions and maintaining quality of life at their level of functioning.

My commitment extends beyond direct care into shaping future healthcare paradigms. As a Doctoral NP (DNP) with a Gerontological Specialist (GS-C) and wound care certification (WCC), I advocate for the seamless transition between home and healthcare settings. By partnering with academic institutions, I empower aspiring providers to excel in Geriatrics/Gerontology, fostering a culture of excellence and contributing to pipeline of healthcare professionals who serves the community.
