Refund Policy

General Returns Policy
All sales are final. When placing an order, please make sure the item you are purchasing is correct. If you are uncertain about an item, feel free to contact CAHSAH at (916) 262-6800 and get more information before making your final purchase.

Returns for Incorrect or Damaged Items
For error returns only. All sales are final. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by CAHSAH within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are Not Returnable/Refundable
All sales are final. CAHSAH does not accept returns of the following items:
    • Any open item.
    • Downloadable software products.
    • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
    • Any CD that has been opened/taken out of original packaging
    • Any incomplete resource (missing CD’s) from a manual
    • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refund methods
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at by CAHSAH. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

    • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
    • Check payments will be refunded in the form of a check from CAHSAH, which will be mailed to your billing address within 30 days of receipt of the returned package.
