1. What prompted you to enter the field of home care/home health or hospice?  

Family member needed Home care so I learned the space.  Found out there is a huge need and knew I could provide great quality of care.  Once we had the home care company then we learned a lot about hospice and knew we could provide excellent care.  

2. What other positions/jobs have you held in the past?  

I have been in leadership roles prior to working in the home care and hospice industry.   

3. What motivates you each day?  

Providing excellent service and supporting my amazing staff. 

4. What is one goal, either professional or personal, that you are working towards achieving or one accomplishment of which you are very proud?  

To build a couple of successful businesses from the ground up.  

5. What’s your favorite hobby or pastime?  

I love being on the lake enjoying it with family and friends. 

6. What do you hope to gain from your membership in CAHSAH?   

Updated information especially being in California and always learning what can help my companies be more efficient and productive.
