What prompted you to enter the field of home care/home health or hospice?
I wanted to make a change in healthcare for our geriatric population.
What other positions/jobs have you held in the past?
Director of Sales and Marketing, Corporate Trainer in Sales for Home Health and Hospice, Regional Director for Home Health, Chief Operating Officer and Oner for Home Health.
What motivates you each day?
Being part of a great team and having an active role in improving care for our senior population.
What is one goal, either professional or personal, that you are working toward achieving or one accomplishment of which you are very proud?
I am proud of being a father and being part of my daughters’ lives and being a positive change in the way we care for patients.
What’s your favorite hobby or pastime?
I love being close to the ocean.
What do you hope to gain from your membership in CAHSAH?
Being part of an organization that advocates for Senior care and strategies to put my agency on the path to being a premier provider in care.
